Settings -> Plugins -> Browser repositories -> find "html instant editing" Last version 0.3.117.1. But I strongly recommend don't use it — please use Idea 12.

Please download latest IDEA 12.1 EAP (129.111) http://confluence.jetbrains.com/display/IDEADEV/IDEA+12.1+EAP and update nodejs plugin.

You don't need do anythinhg special. LiveEdit works with your HTML and if HTML contains references to stylesheets (http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/present/styles.html#h-14.2), so, it will be supported.

If HTML is part of page (i.e. template), you need to open real site page instead of this HTML file. This case may be is not fully supported (but View -> Reload in Browser will work in any case).
