Toolbox (pid 1992) is definitely running in the background. But judging from this excerpt I cannot say why does it not show its UI. Could you please attach full log file?

Thanks for a suggestion, Crispin! We thought about similar approach, but it doesn't solve all the issues. Often the problem is not in the updated IDE itself, but rather in unavailable, incompatible...
