Domizio,  IDE just check if docker-machine is installed to initialise settings(Settings | Docker| Tools). I agree that it could be annoying, but nothing dangerous for IDE. And we cannot switch off ...

Have you tried without:  stdin_open: true tty: true in the docker-compose.yml?

Hello Domizio,  Unfortunately there is no ability to create ruby_stubs manually. Anyway we will try to fix related issues (wit downloading gems) to help you. Sorry for inconveniences :(
