Hello, Most possible you have added this file as pattern for Text files. Please open Settings | Editor | File Types, find in the list of Recognised File Types type Text, then remove from Registered...

Hello, you can use RubyMine features within IntelliJ IDEA with Ruby plugin. It contains all features, except RubyMotion support. See more info here.
