If you manage to install clang as a MinGW/Cygwin package, when you can simply change the compiler in CLion's CMake | Cache tool window.As for LLDB, it's not supported yet

Mark,as a workaround you may try changing this variable in CMake | Cache tool window to the correct path.

Greyed file names mean that they are not the part of CMake project and are not considered by CLion as sources.To add files to project, list them in either add_executable() or add_library() targets.
