That is possible problem with current architecture. I mean inspections (there are few slow inspections, you can try to disable few of them), which can get more priority than general highlighting.I'...

You can also disable "Show members" settings in Project View (as workaround).Now this issue is fixed. Problem was with all inner classes (not only case).Best regards,Alexander Podkhalyuzin.
