Does it help if you change "Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Build Tools | Maven | Maven home directory" to "Bundled (Maven 2)" and reimport the project?

Thanks for letting me know.That's right, IDEA does not automatically delete facets when corresponding plugins are removed from pom.xml.

OS X comes with a X11 server (XQuartz) bundled since 10.3 so it's possible. And it's clear from the stacktrace that execution branches on a condition which checks if java.awt.Toolkit.getDefaultTool...

Escape double quotes with the backslash: i.e. –json_string='[\"a\" ...If you're editing script parameters in a run/debug configuration dialog then should be the "Help" button.

That means pycharm/bin/fsnotifier* files do not have length PyCharm expects them to have.How did you do the update?

Not sure how it handles update. If I got it right, new version is just written over existing. Then yes, it may cause problem.
