OK, now it looks like http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-79312 - a known annoyance we don't yet know how to fix :/

You probably need to open advanced security settings of user home directory and activate "Replace child permissions with inherited" option there.

You still need to set up a facet for it, but an aspect path may be empty (a module is always in its own aspect path).
