Sure it is possible. Just switch off the Enable CMD+mousewheel changes font size option in Settings -> Editor section.

Christopher,PhpStorm = WebStorm + PHPTherefore, if you do PHP then you need PhpStorm. Everything available in WebStorm is also available in PhpStorm.Hope it helps.-Eugene
