Hi dave,you can create separate run/debug configurations for 2 debug sessions.Just go to Run->Edit configurations, copy your existing configuration and change interpreter there.

You can install desired python package on your interpreter using Settings->Project interpreter->Install

Hi Danial, PyCharm can create run configuration for you. Use Ctrl+Shift+F10 (in default keymap) or right-click and choose Run script...
