Chris, it seems that ruby_core_sources gem is not able to get sources for your ruby version (which is rvm 1.9.2 head). I'll try to make some workaround for building on rvm-based sdk's on ruby-debug...

Edwin, do you have ruby-debug gem in your gemfile? Does it work if you remove it from the gemfile?
