The only visible indication is in console output. However, if you check open in web browser checkbox it would automatically load provided url so it'll be easy to start debugging

We have related issue RUBY-9652 which is fixed a the fix will be available in the next EAP. I would suggest to wait until that and report if the problem persists

Please try updating ruby-debug-base via gem install ruby-debug-base --pre and see if the problem persists.
