It looks like PyCharm gives false missing library alert in some cases. For the same 'cymem' which is installed in the virtual environment, some imports of it doesn't report an 'unresolved reference...

To reproduce the problem, just set a breakpoint inside the tokenize_pairs function and debug it, you will find that it won't stop at the breakpoint.
