For me, nothing fixes this problem in PHPstorm 2018.1 or in 2019.1. Not even the solution from ptrkcsk. Any news from jetbrains concerning this issue?? Thx Oliver

Hello Vladimir, thx for your answer. Unfortunately not. FTP yes, but no SFTP. Debugging is working meanwhile. So could you please tell me, what the CLI interpreters are needed for? Thx Oliver
