Never occurred to me to look down.  I was looking for a drop-down menu, or something under Project Settings, etc. Thanks.

Yes, I think.  It's the new functionality in latest upgrade.  I can't find where to click, etc. to launch.

Yes, it is set correctly.   When I updated, I updated over the previous Copyright.  So, default Copyright name stays the same.

Solved by upgrading to 2019 and rebuilding project with new project wizard.  Never know the actual issue.  Not sure I care, I am back to coding.  :>)

Its third party software, I can't switch out pathnames.  Perhaps I need to use System.loadLibrary?  Run Configs don't have trouble with quoted pathnames, so it must be peculiar to the VM option.
