Same for MacOS Mojave,IntelliJ IDEA 2018.2.5 (Ultimate Edition)Build #IU-182.4892.20, built on October 16, 2018 Scala/SBT projects.On another computer, same projects, same OS, IDEA CE ----> just OK.

Yes, i changed port several times.Windows, Tomcat 5.5.Works on 90.162.

Please add tabs scrolling with mouse wheel (as in firefox).Also i'm not sure the LaF of new tabs looks better than native or those from Alloy, and i think this kind of job should be done by profess...

I saw roadmap, but taking into account that you support struts, it should be logical for you to support struts 2. At least it would make happy many people :)

And I should also add (maybe for IDEA developers), that commenting "sun.java2d.noddraw=true" didn't help, and scrolling becomes even slower and CPU load is 100% now.
