OK So now it's seems to have started running the pre-commit when I commit, not sure how or why it started to.It is now failing the tests but unfortunately there was no way of telling what happened ...

Thanks for the quick response.I'm on xdebug 2.2.0.  I'm on OSX 10.8.4 using mamp on PHP 5.4.4I've just noticed it works on another project fine but the other one it will still only stop on the 1st ...
