Well it seemd that restarting the IDE fixed the issue with query output... Weird!??   Still cannot generate SQL from the JPA queries though, same error as posted above. I'd still very much like to ...

Looking at the issue on YouTrack, I believe that in the next EAP build there will be a new option to bring back the overflow button ("Hide tabs when too manyare open" or something similar to that).
