Yes, it’s Xfce. xfce-screenshooter is the default screenshot app on Xubuntu. It doesn’t work. Can reproduce on two machines.

Thanks for your reply Ctrl+Alt+letter didn't work either. Also changing menu mnemomic settings didn't change anything
