That's fantastic.Please provide top part of "php -i" output taken in CLI (the equavalent of the above header table)

Yes, just like that.This means that the error is elsewhere in your config (be in in PhpStorm (e.g. missing/wrong path mappings) or on actual remote server)I suggest to concentrate on the chat for now.

1 entry per project -- every project where you will be using such approach requires separate entry in hosts file.
