I've been coming back here every year and always struggle to find it. To cleanup the gutter and disable warnings from showing up there disable this checkbox for both `Warning` and `Weak Warning`:  

1. 社区
2. IntelliJ IDEA Users
3. Remove warning markers from the sidebar

Sometimes it's just easier to `rm -rf .idea` and re import project instead of browsing through file associations.
