I can't help you because I'm still on Ubuntu 8.04, but I would like to say thanks for the heads up! ... I'll stick with Ubuntu 8.04 for now.

FYI ... Have moved to RubyMine 472, and the folders are present.As you said ..... strange. Perhaps if I reinstall IDEA 8 the folders will appear for me.
