I think you misinterpret the message.This exception usually means that you try to add the entry "lib/apache-mime4j-0.6.jar" to a ZipOutputStream where already an entry with this exact name exists.

I'm not sure what you are talking about.The code style profiles are saved in one XML file per profile.Those you can easily save away to backup and also copy back to restore.You just have to restart...
