What do the forceSafe keys do? I think I missed those in docs...are they in the relnotes for the OSX JVM?

Replacing alt with meta is fine. The problem isn't limited to that though. It happens with ctrl too. I've filed a bug for this. But basically to reproduce it map close current editor to ctrl-q.Now ...

Pretty good, takes a bit of getting used to but it works rather well.One combo which does not work however is code->generate, this is mapped to ctrl+insert and there is no insert key.

Hm, interesting. So should those of us working for/with other companies on integration plugins hassle one of you guys directly? Is there a formalised process for this?

It'd be nice if the api is published before the bea impl is fully done, this is so those of us doing integrations with other appservers can get a head start and provide feedback for the API.
