Thank you, but that's not the same bug I'm seeing. The libraries don't turn gray, they are still black and still being used. In my case, I have a multi-module project. At the end of the sbt refresh...

Nevermind. Saw the answer in the issue tracker. Stick to release version of 1.9 for now since the IntelliJ API has changed.
