It seems to hang often, and the real memory usage reported by Activity Monitor is close to around 5GB, so it may simply be that App Code is again using far too much memory and perhaps 6GB allocated...

This option is still present in AppCode 2016.2 and of course does nothing. Although Obj-C doesn't support it, you could surely support what Android Studio does: //region This is a region //endreg...

Sadly seems like this still has not made its way through. Such a shame as this is a much loved feature on Android Studio.

Code regions not supported? i.e. //region

I'm a heavy user of regions on Android Studio and I was really hoping I'd dump xcode for this one feature alone (apart from hoping to have a response app, AppCode still feels very sluggish sadly). ...

Strangely same here - it wouldn't show up but then after using the app for some time, it finally did. Possibly an OS X issue.

AppCode 2016.2 hangs indefinitely when typing into editor
