hi,Please try to debug JavaScript in HTML using "JavaScript Debug" Run Configuration.If debugging is successful, then Karma tests should also be debugged.The regular javascript debugging works fine...

I think I found it... it's under "merge from" which can be found in the changes tool in the "Subversion working copies information". That a very strange place to put it!

The issue has gone away with 1.6.0_26. But I have to say that the issue was happening with 1.7-ea m13... so maybe the issue is back.thanks
