I came here today in order to ask this exact question.  It's pretty much the only issue I have with the Darkcula theme.Mostly, the problem is (for me), being able to quickly identify the scroll bar...

I found the refresh button that will reread the file that is loaded in the browser.  So that solves this issue, but I think it really should be done automatically (or an option for automatically do...

Ok, I have more of this figured out now.  Part of it is my own lack of knowledge and part of it is just... weird. =)I'll attempt to explain things here and hopefully someone can point me in the rig...
