Depends what you mean with particular depencies... I you mean that is only for some specific dependencies then no, I don't see any patterns in why some are ok and som aren't...This happens for all ...

Not true.... I am getting this error every time I change my dependencies in my pom files and rebuild does not help; I have to invalidate the cache!BTJ

Yes... The problem is that the libraries that IDEA have inclued for the YourKit profiler, is only 32 bits.. So you either need to download 64 bits libs for YourKit or disable the ypagent by removin...

Seems I also missed the path that is displayed in the status bar, so then there is no reason(s) to bring it back, at least not for me.... :)BTJ
