First I checked Hector face, inspections were/are enabled. Power Save Mode was disabled. But after I enabled it and disabled again inspection started to work.

If Alt+Enter on SampleClass::openConnection() IDEA just suggests to "Generate PHPDoc for function". I would like to have "Add method" option exactly as I have it on macOS X.

If I set FQN for the new class as App\Exception\WrongNameProvidedException and hit Alt+Enter I will get proposed non-editable namespace as App\Model\App\Exception and still need to choose manually ...

Yeah, I dropped .idea/ folder and re-open project directory in PhpStorm. Now it works OK - it both excluded folders and add them to include path. Thank you, Andriy!
