Thanks I found it, it was "Code Style / PHP / Wrapping and Braces / Function declaration parameters: Chop down if long" was causing this.

That's a pretty awesome thing, really didn't know about. But, is this per project or global? I would only care sharing settings between selected projects, not between all.
