ok, i'll try to get some screen shots. This process also happens while editing LARGE .m files (5K slocs). When an autocomplete takes too long, and i type the property, all the #imports become red !...

by the tracking number, this does not seem like a priority item :) ... anyways, i tried the rm -R method, worked fine, AppCode recreated DerivedData (correctly cleaned) at the next build.

Same with 10.7.5 , really loooong pauses, 2-5 seconds wait before getting the completions list, sometimes (when fed up of waiting), i type the property name in full correctly, yet the editor flags ...

The entire directory ? it contains a bunch of sub directories , dont want to have ill side effects.
