I'll second, and third the idea that Studio's management of Tabs is nicely generic!!! It fits most use cases. I got here because I spent 20 min meticulously finding opening and moving some 30 files...

Have the same problem. I believe a different cause. The comment abilities have been greyed out in the menu - see pic. It seems to be related to the file type of .env Probably webstorm does not know...
