yes, It works fine. But if someone don't pay attention, it's hard to tell what's happening.  There is no way to add SDK so big bummer.

Yaroslav, Yes, it opens "Add Python" dialog when clicking on "Add..." button. Here is link to issue reported: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-188996

Thanks for quick response.   I'm not using any third party plugin but problem is reproduce able. I have created issue and attached log file as suggested.
