Settings (Ctrl + Alt + S) -> Appearance & Behavior -> Menus and Toolbars -> Navigation Bar Toolbar -> Add or remove your desired choices.

Finally, I found a reason! Adding `@types/node` to dependencies (or `devDependencies`) can solve the issue. See the attached video (22 sec) here.
