That doesn't work. Set it to 0, set it to 1200, or go into the xml and set it to 12000, it makes no difference.

I feel the same about all of intellij's incessant popups. Even worse is that there's a delay setting and it isn't honored. Set it to 0, set it to the max of 1200, or go into the xml and change it...

When you pass by any screen element with an inspection there is a tooltip popup. The only way to stop the incessant popups is to disable all inspections leaving the editor as braindead as xedit. S...
