fixed it by using the same scala build as the plugin

maybe because they are comparing it to the state of the java-editor? they got used to hotkey refactoring magic and pre-compile-error-markings

the scala compilation speed is puzzling me. i switched of the fsc, but it didn't get much slower. a month ago, when i first used the fsc, it was a great improvement. did the plugin get better?

i'd say the easiest way for you to reproduce it is to open my project. i'll need to eliminate some dependencies, but then i can upload it.
