it changes if i set my *windows language* to german - then i can type the @ in scala files. the keyboard layout is set to german in both cases, and it inly affect scala files - not this browser win...

while you're at it, i cannot compile kotlin classes if there is a scala facet active in the same module/project (not sure which it is)are you fighting it out internally? :D
