On the screenshot everything is a little bit not sharp because i use obs du record a video and get a frame out of it because i dont have a screenshot tool installed.

Btw this is fixed when i set the my display scale for my laptop screen back to 100% which i set to 200% because its a 14" 2880x1800 screen and anything is really small.

You could try the portable version of intellij. But there is no such thing like a switch as far as i know.
