Nothing really helps.. disabling inspections are just making stuff a bit more bearable.. Isn't there a REAL solution for those performance issues? I see reports and complaints about it everywhere, ...

I've tried adding the PHPStorm folder as an exclusion but that didn't work.. Thanks for the help, hopefully someone else has encountered this and has a solution...

Thanks but the issue is not Dropbox. File are not being saved also on the Desktop. Wherever i create a project, I get this error.

I've managed to solve the scaling issue from Storm 2017.1.1 using a "hack" i found for fixing this issue for Photoshop, illustrator and other Adobe software. Looks like its now completely resolved....

Hi, check out those images, it's from Storm 2017.1 1. CPU consumption is running wile 2. Scaling is much much worse  Any thoughts? Thanks,

The PHPStorm 2017.1 consumes 100% CPU, it makes the entire PC lag, that's the reason I'm still using PHPStorm 10. There isn't a solution for 10?
