Windows 7, EAP 95.241 ctrl+shift+u works ok with caps lock on and off.

Seems like PhpStorm right. I should write {$SETTINGS['ware_rust_rate']} instead of $SETTINGS['ware_rust_rate'] in the query string.

Btw, try another great feature - go to symbol (Alt+Ctrl+Shift+N). It is very useful in big projects.

Try Ctrl+N - search for class and Alt+Ctrl+Shift+N - search for symbol (symbol = variable, function, method, constant, etc. name) in the project.

Sorry Valeria, but for me and for all who places curly bracket on the same line it means that folding doesn't work now (or at least it is unusable).
