It seems I found an error. I just try to start 32x WebStorm and get an error

I start this topic with problem that I can't start WebStorm from TOOLBOX. I can start it from far, but not from toolbox. And I have x64 OS. And I can't get any logs to find out where is the problem

It looks like there was a tamporary IDL error. It don't want run with -runtime parameter at all. But some later it stop reproduced. There was now error. Everethin looked like application is running...

I don't think it realy needed now but fo further may be it would usfull to do something similar to templates for running applications.
