fr: support bash parameters in shebang lineexample:#!/bin/bash -x i can add "/bin/bash -x" to the list of valid commandsbut it is quite inconvenient to have big list of valid commands

Fixed for heredoc folding and highlighting doesn't work in case of one double quote in heredocfor bash it's ok:> cat << EOF> lala> "> lala> EOFlala"lala
