Yep. Just select needed window/view (it works in many tool windows) and start typing without any shortcut.

Yep, this feature is not as useful as in Xcode. I think that the best thing is to create a bug about it here: http://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues/OC

Cmd+Alt+Left/Right arrows. Or you can show toolbar and search for left/right arrows there.

Is your current target is iOS Device? AppCode knows about current defines and greys out code that will not compile.

As far as I understand, it still does support only command line interface. So it will be impossible to run AppCode with it.Am I right? Did somebody try?

Can you check, is Version Control (in Settings) is configured properly and all needed files are under Version Control? Usually the problem is there.
