Got it to work by using a fresh settings directory and using IDEA's settings import to recover settings from 2200. Anyone else experience this?

Microsoft and Adobe use toolbar buttons with option's menus attached to them. Perhaps the intention button could have a little options half-button that would display the suppress and edit options....
