It's pretty stable except for the debugger. Unfortunately, because I rely so heavily on remote debugging, I haven't been able to justify using it full time.

I have also seen this. Just as you described. Our setup is :pserver + linux cvs server.

I've used JProbe and OptimizeIt, and I much preferred JProfiler. Easier interface, though I don't know the products well enough to know if they have equivalent features.

I fixed this by adding the directories those files are in as source roots.Our main source root is:src/But we had some package-less classes under:src/com/mycomp/legacySo I added src/com/mycomp/legac...
