Confirmed. on Ubuntu.Anyway, I copied contents of folder build-tools/17.0.0 into platform-tools and problem solved.

I followed http://iainhunter.wordpress.com/2012/11/08/howto-install-python3-pip3-tornado-on-mac/ doc and installed distribute_setup.py and get-pip.py and when recreate the project, checkbox appeared.
