Ski addict,the Sun/ Oracle JDK is not compiled with debug line info for many classes; for java swing I know this is definitely the case.  It's nothing to do with IntelliJ.Good luck

thanks for the feedback!  inline renderer is the problem...moving to codebehind fixes it.shame on adobe for:1.  closing the ticket!2.  exposing one tool(adl) for open source and another for themselves
