Try setting the folder "pck" as a source in Project Structure.

I would also not exclude the entire project folder. This will cause pycharm to not be able to read your code and give realtime feedback. You WANT your project indexed, at least the portions of it...

Try unchecking the intention. Doing so made the suggestion disappear for me when I 'Show Intention Actions'.

Oddly, I was just able to 'fix' the problem by rebooting the PC. I'm on windows 7. I'd love to know what that was all about, and what I might have done to trigger it.

I just started seeing this yesterday and I'm not sure what I might have done to cause it. Although my case a slightly different. I get the skull icon when I stop the process.
