Where's your webserver located? Is it a vagrant box? Is there any difference between your wordpress 'plugin' & 'theme' files? Are they stored locally/deployed to a webserver?

Unfortunately no. Those files (opened in external app) could also be .mp4, mp3 and others which cannot be indexed correctly. That's why they're not indexed/parsed.

Hello,   The project should be stored in /var/www/ (if it's your UserDir per httpd-userdir.conf). So the path should be /var/www/MyFirstPhpProject/MyFile.php The tutorial advises to store a project...

It's recommended to mark `node_modules` as excluded and add it to Include Paths instead.
